Triggers
The microinteraction will be triggered when the mouse hovers over the text.
Rules
On the mouse hover, the cursor changes into a pointer. The text italicizes and a line slides in horizontally from the left to the right underneath the text. When the user hovers off the text, the italicized text fades back to normal and the underline slides back out from the right to the left.
